Can someone point me to info on these sets ie: what kinds there are and where to get them, where to get one that I could mod etc.
I am setting up the Sabway build and need this set.
Sorry if this has been answered?
Maybe my search skills need improving but I do try!

If you just want a 40/40 set that you can't change the mods on then go to Vasburg Armory or Leviathan Pits and craft a set. Here's the link to the wiki page http://guildwars.wikia.com/wiki/Weaponsmiths_(Factions)

You can get a blue 20/20 death focus ( cool skin imho ) per 5 celestial essences when you give em to Sakai

The 20/20 Death Rod (and rods for any other attribute) is easiest to find/remember at the crafters at the Leviathan Pits and Vasburg Armory, depending on who you're nice with at the moment. They also make the offhands, but the following collectors also have one:

Sakai (Senji's Corner, Factions) - 5 Celestial Essences
Jaun Stumi (House zu Heltzer, Factions) - 5 Vampiric Fangs
Sir Pohl Sanbert (The Arid Sea, Prophecies) - 5 Dune Burrower Jaws
Volsung Stoneketil (Talus Chute, Prophecies) - 5 Feathered Avicara Scalps

The Celestial Essences are probably easiest to get - just need to run Nahpui Quarter a few times.

OMG you would not believe what happened to me LOLZ
They would not talk to me at Leviathon Pits and I did not have Vasburg, so I ran all the way to Vasburg from Unwaking Waters (Luxon) and the SECOND I arrived in Vasburg the screen said "Vasburg is now under Luxon control." (cries)
What do I do now??? LOL

Either be patient, or do something for the Luxons. The border shifts, but spending your Kurzick faction and getting some Luxon Faction isn't hard.

Doesn't matter that Vasburg was under Luxon control. The Merchants won't talk to you, but the Crafters will. The Crafters are always allied by Location. Vasburg = Kurzick, Leviathan Pits = Luxon. Was last time I checked, anyways. Got my Elite Kurzick Armor from Vasburg while it was under Luxon control.
